Mark is a lifelong coastal resident with deep roots in Atlantic Beach and a passion for helping others experience the unique lifestyle the area offers. He began his real estate journey in construction at the age of 19, gaining valuable firsthand knowledge of how homes and commercial properties are built, maintained, and valued.

Since then, Mark has built a successful career in real estate, specializing in coastal properties and representing buyers, sellers, investors, and builders across both residential and commercial markets. His broad industry experience allows him to guide clients through every stage of a transaction with practical insight, clear communication, and a strong understanding of the local market.

Outside of real estate, Mark’s connection to the coast remains central to his life. An avid sailor, surfer, and kayaker, he spends as much time near the water as possible—some might say he has saltwater in his veins. When he is not on the water, he can often be found hiking the beaches or participating in volunteer beach cleanups with Buddy and Dexter.

As a retired officer with the Ponce Inlet Police Department, Mark continues to look for meaningful ways to serve his community and protect the environment he calls home. He believes that a fulfilling life comes from balancing hard work, community involvement, and time spent enjoying the coast.
